Bloom Authenticator for Android (Coming soon)
Coming soon to Google Play: Bloom's encrypted 2FA codes on Android, scan a QR code and sync with the web.
Coming soon · Under review on Google Play · Built in November 2026. The Android app of Bloom Authenticator brings the same free, end-to-end encrypted two-factor vault to your phone. Scan a QR code with the camera or enter a setup key, like Google Authenticator, and get time-based (TOTP) codes that stay in sync with the web app. Privacy by design Your master password never leaves the device. It derives a key with Argon2id, and each account is encrypted with XChaCha20-Poly1305 before it syncs, so the server only stores ciphertext. Features Google sign-in, passkeys (WebAuthn), encrypted backups, a recovery kit, device management, and an activity log. Architecture Built with Expo and React Native in a Turborepo monorepo, sharing crypto, vault logic, and a typed API client with the Next.js web app. It talks to a Go API (chi, pgx) on Vercel serverless backed by PostgreSQL on Neon, and release builds are made with EAS Build. The app is currently under review on Google Play and will be available soon. It is a non-commercial showcase, free to use. iOS is not available.
