Introduction
I’m Urmi Rahman, a Software Engineer. I enjoy building things, working through problems with my team, and helping other developers grow. I stay involved in the code while guiding the team’s technical decisions and everyday's work. I currently work remotely at XIIA, a Denmark-based company, where I progressed from Full Stack Developer & Tech Lead to Team Lead. I work across frontend and backend development, building web and mobile interfaces with React, Next.js, and React Native, alongside APIs and backend services with NestJS. My responsibilities extend from development through deployment, including DevOps tasks, release coordination, and keeping track of the team’s progress.
